Kitchen remodeling in Irvine and Newport Coast
A kitchen is the room you live in hardest. We plan the layout, cabinetry, counters, appliances and lighting as one design, then build it to a written scope.

What a kitchen project usually covers
Cabinetry and counters are the visible part. Behind them sit the decisions that shape the job: whether walls come down, where the sink and range live, how much electrical the new appliances need, and whether the floor carries through. We settle those on paper first, because they are cheap to change there and expensive to change later.
Decisions worth making early
- Layout. Where you prep, cook and clean, and how people move through. The National Kitchen & Bath Association's planning guidelines are a useful yardstick for aisle widths and landing space.
- Counters. Stone, quartz, laminate and solid surface differ in heat, stain and scratch resistance and in care. Ask to see a full-size sample in your own light.
- Cabinetry. New or refaced, and how much storage you actually need.
- Appliances. Choose models before the cabinets are ordered so the openings fit.
How we run it
A field technician visits and measures. You receive a written scope that lists what is included, what is not, the materials by name and the schedule. We explain who prepares and submits plans for any permit the work needs, and who does what. Plumbing is done by a licensed plumber that we coordinate.
Limits worth knowing
Moving a gas line, a structural wall or a main drain changes the scope and the permit path. We flag that at the visit so it never surprises you partway through.
Common questions
How should I think about a kitchen budget?
Start with the scope, not the finishes: whether walls, plumbing or electrical move, and how much cabinetry and counter you need. Those decisions drive cost more than any single material, which is why a field technician has to see the room before we price it.
Can you work around how my family uses the kitchen?
Yes, and it is worth planning. We talk through where you will cook and eat during the work, and what is out of service when, before the schedule is set.
Do you handle appliances and plumbing?
We coordinate appliance installation, and plumbing is done by a licensed plumber that we bring in, so each connection is checked against the models you chose.
