Yes. AAA Construction Pros Inc holds California Contractor License 1086487, Class B (General Building). You can check the license, bond and workers' compensation status yourself on the state license board's free lookup before you hire anyone.
How does pricing work?
Every build is hand made and custom, so a field technician visits to assess your property before we give you a price. The online estimator shows a planning range only, and your written price comes after that visit.
Do you handle permits?
Most additions and many larger remodels need plans and a city permit, and the rules differ by city and address. We explain who prepares the plans, who submits them and how long review usually takes before you commit.
Who does the plumbing?
Plumbing is done by a licensed plumber that we coordinate, so it is carried out by someone licensed for it and scheduled around the rest of your project.
